Last year, we launched Orbit to enable every product-driven organization to grow a meaningful community. Since then, we’ve worked hand-in-hand with some of the most compelling leaders across developer and product-centric companies, web3 projects, open source communities, creator communities, and more.
Today, Orbit powers more than 5,000 organizations that oversee 28 million members collectively — and we are growing more each day.
The journey so far has consisted of building our community while also building the right product for our users. That means we’ve been focused on onboarding as many users as possible so we can learn and get feedback from a variety of organizations and communities.
We’ve had a generous free tier since the beginning to help us accelerate our learning, while providing value to our early users. As more companies have come to depend on Orbit for strategic planning and day-to-day work, the lack of pricing transparency has introduced friction for some folks. No one wants to get a surprise bill after building a tool into their core workflows.
So today, we’re rolling out self-serve pricing so everyone knows what to expect, price-wise, from a full Orbit implementation.
Our new pricing plans are designed to be:
Here’s the overview of each plan.
Whether you’re a new or existing user, you can still use Orbit’s Starter plan to understand and measure your community.
Orbit Starter includes:
Orbit Starter ensures that anyone can connect their community platforms to quickly understand how members interact with each other and identify trends and metrics overall.
For those looking to accelerate community growth and measure business impact, we’re introducing three new paid plans that offer more integrations to your favorite community platforms, deeper insights, and automatic member profile enrichment.
A typical community is active across 6 platforms, and our integration library continues to grow to better support that complex constellation of tools. New integrations available on paid plans include LinkedIn, Twitter Keyword search, Reddit, Stack Overflow, and Product Hunt. And soon, you’ll be able to one-click connect Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Meetup, Hopin, and Bevy.
Extend your historical knowledge of community engagement. Orbit’s advanced tiers enable you to bring in more active members per month for fast scalability and retain activities on those members for a year or more, so you can measure how members engage with your community over time.
We’ve partnered with Clearbit to automatically enrich member profiles with associated accounts and contact information. All you need is an email address and Clearbit does the rest. We search the internet far and wide for associated names, emails, and user accounts, so you can easily find and connect with your members wherever they interact.
Price: $200/month
For growing teams looking to expand the reach of their community, Orbit Growth offers more seats to collaborate with your team and access to integrations focused on discovering and engaging with new community members.
Orbit Growth includes:
Orbit Growth helps you to meet your community members no matter where they are.
