Identify members who have not done a specific activity
In this guide, weβll walk you through how to use Orbit to find members who have not done a specific activity in your community. This is especially useful for finding those who have not performed a key step in their community journey that you know will increase their chances of sticking around.
Go to the Members tab to get started.
- Click Add Filter β Activity Type, timeframeβ¦
- Click Who did. Choose Who did not do.
- Select the activity you have in mind.
- Change the timeframe to find members who didnβt do this activity in the last year.

Now I have a list of everyone that did not send a Discord message in the last 365 days.
Next Steps
Now that youβve identified which members have not performed this activity, you may consider creating a list to keep track of these members. Using a list, you can reach out to members to encourage them to perform that activity and keep track of your progress.
