Stripe Dashboard Application
The Orbit app for Stripe enables you to bring your community member data directly into your Stripe dashboard. Get the context you need about each person exactly when you need it. See a snapshot of your community and view or add key member details while viewing Stripe customer records.
Stripe users can install the application directly from the Stripe Apps Marketplace.
The app will connect to your Orbit workspace via OAuth, this will require that you log into your personal Orbit account to complete the authorization. In order to get the best experience, you should also be an owner of the Orbit workspace you want to use with Stripe.
Once connected you will be able to access the Orbit application at any time by clicking on the small Orbit logo on the right side of the Stripe dashboard.
Dashboard App Features
There are several overlays available for different pages in your Stripe dashboard.
On any general information page in Stripe, such as the Reports Overview, the Orbit application will present a high level overview of your community data including the new and active user counts, returning user count, most active sources in the past 90 days, new active members by source and more.
The member overview shown on the right gives a complete overview of your Orbit community
Customer Community Data
When viewing a customer information page in Stripe, the Orbit application will present additional information about their community activity such as their community identities, additional attributes such as T-Shirt size and address information, recent community activities and the ability to add tags and create notes.
The community member overview allows you to see community data alongside payment and subscription details
Add notes and tags
Using the Orbit app, you can add new tags and notes to a member profile in Orbit. These will be reflected both in the dashboard app as well as within Orbit for other users to see.
