View an individual member
The member profile page is the place to see anything you want to know about a specific community member. The page includes social bios, company, interests, activity in your community, and even data like preferred pronouns and t-shirt size.
Letβs walk through the information displayed on a Member Profile Page.
1) Organization
The organization the member works for is highlighted underneath their name. Clicking on this will take you to an Organization profile page where you can see other information about that company and what activities other community members from that Org have been up to.
If the organization name has a βCβ badge next to it, that also tells you that this organization is a current customer of yours.
2) Orbit Model metrics
Orbit automatically tracks the Orbit Level, Love, and Reach for each member. We do not include Orbit Level on a Teammate Profile.
3) Editing & Actions
Using these two buttons you can edit elements of the member profile and trigger Actions such as adding notes or activities, creating a record in an external CRM, sending a Twitter direct message, and triggering webhooks.
Underneath youβll see an option to manually enrich this personβs profile with more information. We also offer automatic profile enrichment via Clearbit, which is part of our paid plan.
4) Bio info
This includes info like when a user first became active in your community, their location, and their personal website link. This info is automatically pulled from any integration that youβve added to Orbit.β
5) Linked Profiles & Emails
Based on the sources you connect with Orbit, we can pull a memberβs social media and email information. We call these linked profiles & emails (also known asΒ identities). You can add, edit, and remove this information.ββ ββTββhββiββsββ ββiββsββ ββaββlββsββoββ ββwββhββeββrββeββ ββyββoββuββ ββcββaββnββ ββββcββhββoββoββsββeββ ββwββhββiββcββhββ ββeββmββaββiββlββ ββtββoββ ββsββeββtββ ββaββsββ ββaββ ββuββsββeββrββ'ββsββ ββpββrββiββmββaββrββyββ ββeββmββaββiββlββ, which is the email address that will appear in the email column in the members table in and and member CSV exports. ββ
