The member profile page is the place to see anything you want to know about a specific community member. The page includes social bios, company, interests, activity in your community, and even data like preferred pronouns and t-shirt size.
Let’s walk through the information displayed on a Member Profile Page.
The organization the member works for is highlighted underneath their name. Clicking on this will take you to an Organization profile page where you can see other information about that company and what activities other community members from that Org have been up to.
If the organization name has a “C” badge next to it, that also tells you that this organization is a current customer of yours.

You can add, edit, and remove this information. This is also where you can choose which email to set as a user's primary email, which is the email address that will appear in the email column in the members table in and and member CSV exports.
