Guide: building a customer feedback program

Here’s how to create a customer feedback program in Orbit 💜
Create a Program in your Workspace
- Click on “Programs” in the navigation Side-Bar
- Click on "Set up my program”
- Enter a Name and Description for your program and click “Create”

With Orbit Programs, you can send feedback forms directly to participants, where their feedback will be visible to everyone in your Orbit workspace. You can generate a general form to send to anyone in the program, or generate a member-specific link to send to individuals.
