Manage tags
Member tags are one of the core parts of how you can differentiate, segment and organize groups of community members. The Orbit TagΒ Manager allows you to get a picture of all of the tags that are in use across your entire workspace. Using TagΒ Manager you can bulk remove tags, whilst understanding what impact that will have, as well as edit any individual tag that is currently in use.
Using Tag Manager
Tag Manager can be found in the Settings section of your Orbit Workspace.

Tags are listed in alphabetical order, with a count of how many members are associated with them.
You can edit or delete a single tag by using the actions menu on the right of each row.Β It is also possible to access the edit and delete functionality by selecting one or more tags.

If you are looking for a specific tag, but you are not sure which page it will be on, you can save yourself some clicking by using theΒ Search by tag nameΒ box at the top of the page. This will allow you to jump to a specific tag for editing or deletion.

When deleting tags, you will be asked to confirm the action before any changes are made. The pop up will show you which tags you are removing.
See Members associated to specific tags
If you want to see which Members of your community are related to a specific tag, you can click on the count. This will show you a Members table view with only the Members that have been associated with that tag.
