Mark profile as a teammate
By default, all people that are added to your workspace are considered members (people who have interacted with your community). However, you may want to separate out anyone that is working at your company/organization (aka teammates) to keep your community stats clean.
There are a few ways to do so. Weβll go over them here.
Mark a single profile as a teammate
There are two locations where you can edit a memberβs profile: 1) From the table on the Members tab and 2) from a memberβs profile.
After you click the edit icon from either location, youβll see a modal pop up that you can use to edit that memberβs information. At the top, thereβs a toggle between Teammate and Member. Toggle the switch so that itβs facing the word βTeammateβ (the word Teammate should also be bolded).
After you select Teammate
, click Submit
. The member profile will now have a green βTeammateβ badge.
Change multiple profiles to teammate
If youβd like to mark multiple people as teammates, go to the Members table and select the members you want to change.
Then, click the three dots menu, and select Edit fields
from the menu.
After you select Edit fields
, youβll see a modal appear. Select the Teammate radio button under Affiliation
. Click Save
when youβre done.
And thatβs it! You should now see all of those people marked as Teammates on the members table and in their individual profiles.
